							"value": "<h3>O PROCON Sarandi tem como objetivo principal: orientar, educar, proteger e defender os consumidores contra abusos praticados pelos fornecedores de bens e servi\u00e7os nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo. Constituem objetivos do PROCON Sarandi:<\/h3>\r\n<ul class=\"zebra\">\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>I<\/strong> \u2013 assessorar o Prefeito Municipal na formula\u00e7\u00e3o da pol\u00edtica do Sistema Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa do Consumidor;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>II<\/strong> - planejar, elaborar, propor, coordenar e executar a pol\u00edtica municipal de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e defesa dos direitos e interesses do consumidor;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>III<\/strong> - receber, analisar, avaliar e encaminhar consultas, den\u00fancias e sugest\u00f5es apresentadas por consumidores, por entidades representativas ou por pessoas jur\u00eddicas de direito p\u00fablico ou privado;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IV<\/strong> - orientar permanentemente os consumidores e fornecedores sobre seus direitos, deveres e prerrogativas; \u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>V<\/strong> \u2013 encaminhar ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico a not\u00edcia de fatos tipificados como crimes contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo e as viola\u00e7\u00f5es a direitos difusos, coletivos e individuais homog\u00eaneos.<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VI<\/strong> - incentivar e apoiar a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3rg\u00e3o e associa\u00e7\u00f5es comunit\u00e1rias de defesa do consumidor e apoiar as j\u00e1 existentes;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VII<\/strong> - promover medidas e projetos cont\u00ednuos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o para o consumo, podendo utilizar os diferentes meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e solicitar o concurso de outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica e da sociedade civil;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VIII<\/strong> - colocar \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos consumidores mecanismos que possibilitem informar os menores pre\u00e7os dos produtos b\u00e1sicos;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IX<\/strong> - manter cadastro atualizado de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es fundamentadas contra fornecedores de produtos e servi\u00e7os, divulgando-o p\u00fablica e, no m\u00ednimo, anualmente nos termos do art. 44 da Lei n\u00ba 8.078\/90 e dos arts. 57 a 62 do Decreto 2.181\/97, remetendo c\u00f3pia ao Procon Estadual, preferencialmente por meio eletr\u00f4nico;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>X<\/strong> - expedir notifica\u00e7\u00f5es aos fornecedores para prestarem informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre reclama\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas pelos consumidores e comparecerem \u00e0s audi\u00eancias de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o designadas, nos termos do art. 55, \u00a7 4\u00ba da Lei 8.078\/90;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XI<\/strong> - Instaurar, instruir e concluir processos administrativos para apurar infra\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Lei 8.078\/90, podendo mediar conflitos de consumo, designando audi\u00eancias de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XII<\/strong> - fiscalizar e aplicar as san\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas previstas no C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor - Lei n\u00ba 8.078\/90, regulamentado pelo Decreto n\u00ba 2.181\/97;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XIII<\/strong> - funcionar, no processo administrativo, como inst\u00e2ncia de julgamento;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XIV<\/strong> - solicitar o concurso de \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades de not\u00f3ria especializa\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica para a consecu\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus objetivos;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XV<\/strong> - orientar e educar consumidores, por meio de manuais, cartilhas, folhetos ilustrados e demais meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XVI<\/strong> - desenvolver palestras, campanhas, feiras, debates e outras atividades correlatas, visando educar e despertar a coletividade para uma consci\u00eancia cr\u00edtica;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XVII<\/strong> \u2013 promover estudos e pesquisas de interesse dos consumidores;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XVIII<\/strong> \u2013 elaborar seu regimento interno;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XIX<\/strong> \u2013 atuar junto ao sistema formal de ensino, visando incluir assuntos de defesa do consumidor nas disciplinas constantes dos curr\u00edculos escolares.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>"
